Kare Bears on Duty & Comfort for a Young Leukemia Patient
Sometimes healing starts with something as simple as a hug from a stuffed bear. Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners Barrow Jackson recently placed one of their We Kare Bears into a Care Basket for a Centerville Elementary School student currently undergoing treatment for Leukemia - a small gesture meant to bring comfort and a little joy during an incredibly hard time.
The We Kare Bears program doesn't stop there. The Barrow Jackson team also captured their bears "on duty" alongside their local Maysville Police Department, a reminder that these bears serve a dual purpose: comforting children in medical crisis and standing ready to bring calm to kids in traumatic situations involving first responders. It's a small item with an outsized impact — proof that comfort can travel in the smallest of packages.
